Do you remember Kids "R" Us?

Kids “R” Us is a children’s clothing retailer owned by Toys “R” Us selling clothing and accessories for children 0-12 years. Their first locations opened in 1983 in Paramus, New Jersey and Brooklyn, New York. Some stores are located adjacent to Toys “R” Us, Babies “R” Us, or Tweens “R” Us stores.

In May 1982, Toys “R” Us announced the February 1983 launch of Kids “R” Us, the retailer’s own children’s clothing stores with locations in Paramus and Brooklyn to compete with The Children’s Place and others. In 2004 the retailer closed its 146 locations.
